Prof. Michael Perry, Partner and President
Prof. Perry is considered one of Israel’s leading figures in the field of Strategic Marketing. He received his Ph.D. in Business from Columbia University, New York. He received his MBA and LLM (Masters in Law) from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Prof. Perry had two parallel careers: Business consulting and academic teaching and research.
Prof. Perry is the founder and president of Mitzuv, Ltd., a strategic planning and marketing research firm, established in 1970. His reputation is based on his unprecedented marketing concepts and techniques, which he introduced to the Israeli marketing profession. Prof. Perry was Chairman of the Board of Norix International, Ltd., a certified Israeli Trade Center in New Jersey, USA.
In his academic career, Prof. Perry was a visiting professor at the Graduate School of Business in a number of universities such as Columbia University and New York University in New York City, Rutgers University in New Jersey, Vanderbilt University in Nashville Tennessee, Fundacao Joao Pinheiro in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and Capetown University in South-Africa.
In the past 25 years Prof. Perry served as a faculty member at Haifa University, Israel, where he also served as the Vice President, and is a sought-after lecturer for academic and professional seminars and conferences. He also conducted executive seminars in the United States, Russia, China, Brazil, Poland, Hungary, South Africa, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore.
Prof. Perry is the author of the book “Strategic Moves in the Marketplace". He also published over 100 articles and is a permanent commentator on radio and TV economic programs.
Currently, Prof. Perry serves as a director on the executive boards of several privately and publicly owned corporations.

Guy Perry, Partner and CEO
Mr. Guy Perry has acquired vast experience in the fields of consultancy, management, marketing and strategy at Mitzuv. Mr. Perry has spent more than ten years in the United States, where he was exposed to advanced management and strategic planning methods, while working at Sony Corporation's global headquarters in New Jersey. After working for Sony, Mr. Perry filled the position of CEO of Mitzuv's U.S. office, and worked with several firms in formulating and implementing a strategy for penetrating the U.S. market. In 2002 Mr. Perry returned to Israel, and since then has worked with a large number of Israeli companies.
Mr. Perry has a B.A. in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, and an MBA from Colombia University, New York.
In the recent past, Mr. Perry has managed an extensive project in China for the World Bank, after which he conducted market surveys and studies in China for Israeli firms, such as Telrad and Teva. Today, as the CEO of Mitzuv, Mr. Perry is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company, as well as actively leading projects for firms who are active both in the Israeli and the global markets, such as Discount Bank, Pelephone, Bazan, Haifa Chemicals, Netafim, Lumenis, and more.

Eyal Shiloh, Senior Consultant
Mr. Eyal Shiloh has experience of over 20 years in management and marketing. Prior to joining Mitzuv, Eyal worked as a CMO, as well as in other senior management positions, in organizations from the production and services sectors in Israel, Europe and the United States, including global organizations, producing technical products and prestigious goods. He has previous success in penetrating new markets, increasing market share and in formulating unique solutions for customers.
Since the beginning of 2007, Eyal has been an authorized business tutor from the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor, and at the beginning of 2008 he joined Mitzuv. His approach is guided by percise planning, creative thinking and empathic attitude towards the client.
Mr. Shiloh holds an MBA with honors, specializing in strategy and marketing, as well as in the art of negotiations. Furthermore, he has acquired research experience in customer behavior and the experience economy. |

Michal Shapira, Customer Relations Manager
Mrs. Michal Shapira is the person who will address any request, comment or question that Mitzuv's current and potential customers may have. Michal is responsible for deepening Mitzuv's relationships with its current customers, as well as contacting new and potential customers. She is in charge of giving extraordinary customer service throughout the entire relationship with the customer, as well as of making sure that the customer is content with the service he or she received. Furthermore, Michal is in charge of collecting and analyzing customer feedbacks, in order to ensure a fertile continuation of the relationship between Mitzuv and the customer.
Michal has prior experience in the establishment and management of customer service centers, and in the implementation and assimilation of processes to improve the relationship with the customer, as well as in the assimilation of inter-organizational work processes.
Michal has a B.A. in Linguistics and Foreign Languages, specializing in English and French, from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and is nearing completion of her M.A. in Cultural Studies from Tel-Aviv University.
